Quickride has interactive Help icon to assist customers whether you need to reach us by chat or email, this guide will help you do that.

Once we receive a chat/email, one of the members of our Customer service team will respond to your inquiries. Please take note that we are on a Pacific Standard Time (PST) and might get a reply in 2hrs but rest assured that we will respond to the soonest possible time.

Our hours of operations are from Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST.

To access Help icon follow these steps:

  1. Log-in to Command Center, on the bottom right side of the page you will see the Help icon. 

2. Click on the Help icon and the messenger will appear.

3. To start a chat conversation, click on New Conversation.

4. After selecting a new conversation, there will be a notification on when you can expect a reply from Customer Service and you will be provided an option to put an email address. 

5. If you select, Get Notified by Email, a Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you through email.
