We know how busy dealerships can get. And sometimes, mistakes happen, and wrong information gets placed in the ride request. In this case, if the erroneous data is any or all the following: the name, address and time, cancel the ride. Unfortunately, these details are not editable.
There are cases wherein passengers are already onboard and changes their minds. In this scenario, it is best to get in touch with the Service Advisor who created the ride request. The Service Advisor can then cancel the ride or place a note on the account. Click here to know how to contact the Service Advisor.
If the ride request is passenger initiated, passengers can cancel rides. The passenger app gives them the flexibility to book and reschedule their trips.
The Drivers cannot cancel rides. They can only view the information, and any changes need to get coordinated back a the dealership.
To Cancel Rides
- In the Command Center, click on the ride request.
- On the ride flyout, scroll to the bottom of the ride request.
- Click Cancel.
