Why does the Command Center look very small on my phone?

The Command Center is designed for use on a computer and is not optimized for mobile screens. On phones, some text and fields (such as passenger information, driver names, or shuttle location) may appear smaller or be partially cut off due to screen size limitations.

Can I fix this using app or browser settings?

There are no in-app settings that fully optimize the Command Center for mobile use. However, you can improve visibility by accessing it through a mobile browser.

How can I improve visibility on my phone?

If you need to use the Command Center on a mobile device:

  1. Open the Command Center in the Chrome browser

  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner

  3. Select “Desktop site”

  4. Using the orange toggle menu, switch between the map and the ride list.

  5. Use zoom in/out as needed

Please note that some elements may not scale evenly on mobile, and certain areas may still appear small or partially hidden.

Why doesn’t everything zoom properly?

Mobile browsers handle zooming differently across elements. Some parts of the Command Center may remain fixed in size, which can cause uneven scaling on smaller screens.

What is the recommended way to use the Command Center?

For the best experience and full visibility, we strongly recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.

Mobile phones or tablets can be used for urgent or real-time monitoring, but functionality and readability may be limited.
