All Command Center Admin users can reset the password. The Admin users in the dealership would be the Service Director, Service Manager, or any person granted an Admin login. For security, after the password gets created, it can no longer be viewed after. If a user forgets their login or password, a reset is needed to enable the user to log in again. 

To change/reset/edit the password

  1. Go to the Settings tab in the Command Center.
  2. Select or search for the user. 
  3. Click on the pencil icon to get to the Edit User page.
  4. Edit and confirm and the credentials. Then click on Save for the changes to take effect.
