As a best practice, we encourage Drivers to always refresh the ride screen list on their device to get the latest update if in case multiple rides are being added to the Driver.
How do I refresh or sync on the mobile app?
- Go to any section on the driver app, go back to the ride list.
- Press on the screen, and while holding the pressure, pull down on the list until you see Pull to Refresh appear.
- Only let go once you see Release to Refresh and the list will be updated.
