The Passenger app is designed, and it also has the option to enter the address manually. There are instances for which the passenger is unable to locate himself/herself in the app or might have encountered these scenarios:

     a. Google maps think I am in a different state/country
     b. Google maps believe that I am far away/miles away from my current      
         location.
     c. Location services are turned on, but I can't locate the correct address

In case you have encountered these scenarios, all you have to do is update location. Select the link which applies to your need.
