There are six job statuses, and this will help us understand how they appear on the calendar. 

  • Open is when the job is created and scheduled. An open job will show in the calendar as blue
  • En-Route is when the Specialist is on the way to the Customer's location. When en-route, it will show in the calendar as purple.
  • Started is when the Specialist has arrived at the Customer's location and started the job. When the job has started it will show in the calendar as orange.
  • Completed is when the Specialist has finished the job, this will show in the calendar as green.
  • Canceled is when the job got canceled, this will show in the calendar as black.
  • Problem is when the Specialist has marked the job as having a problem. When the job gets tagged as a problem, it will show in the calendar as red.
