Specialist App: Using the Jobs Pool

What the Job Pool is

The Jobs Pool is a new feature in the Specialist App that allows specialists to view and claim available jobs for the day directly in the app. With the Jobs Pool, you don’t have to wait for jobs to be assigned; simply pick a job that fits your schedule and expertise.

Note: Jobs Pool is an optional add-on. Please contact Quickride Support if you do not see this feature.

Jobs Pool Screen

The Jobs Pool tab is now available in the Specialist App. Here’s what you’ll find:

  1. List of Unassigned Jobs: See all jobs available for the current date that haven’t been claimed yet.

  2. Job Information: Each listing shows the Job ID, Customer Name, Job Location, Start Time, and any special notes about the job.

  3. Claim Button: Tap "Claim" to assign the job to yourself. The job will move to your main Job List.

  4. Real-time Availability: Jobs claimed by other specialists will disappear from your pool.

Claiming a Job

To claim a job from the pool:

  1. Open the Specialist App and select the Jobs Pool tab.

  2. Browse available jobs and review the details.

  3. Tap the Claim button on the job you'd like to accept.

  4. The job is now assigned to you and will appear in your Job List on the main screen.

  5. Proceed to the assigned job as usual.

Tips for Using the Jobs Pool

  • Claim jobs as early as possible for the best selection.

  • Only claim jobs you’re able to complete to help the team run smoothly.

  • If you need to unclaim a job, see your supervisor for assistance.
