How the Driver App Works with Both Jobs and Shuttles Enabled

When dealerships have both the Jobs Platform and the Shuttles Platform enabled, drivers / specialists see an additional screen when logging into the Driver App (also known as Specialist App).

The Jobs and Shuttles sides of the Driver App correspond to their respective platforms and are separate from one another. When drivers / specialists select Jobs, they are logged into the Jobs Platform and will see assigned jobs. When they select Shuttles, they are logged into Shuttles Platform and will see assigned shuttle rides.

How Notifications Work With Both Jobs and Shuttles Enabled

Notifications When Logged Into Shuttles

When drivers/ specialists are logged into Shuttles, they will receive notifications for new and updated shuttle rides in addition to notifications for new and updated jobs.

In order to see the new or updated job, drivers/ specialists need to fully log out of the Shuttles side and log back into the Jobs side of the Driver App

Notifications When Logged Into Jobs

When drivers/ specialists are logged into Jobs, they will receive notifications for new and updated jobs but will not receive notifications for new and updated shuttle rides.

In order to receive shuttle rides and see the corresponding notifications, drivers/ specialists need to fully log out of the Jobs side and log back into the Shuttles side of the Driver App

**If drivers/ specialists aren't receiving notifications and/or sounds at all, please see this help article to troubleshoot the issue.
